With—at least according to her somewhat bitter half sister Samantha “free Tommy Robinson” Markle (thesun.co.uk, May 2018)—Megs’ dad unfortunately being given more oxygen by being set to testify against her in her court case against the Mail on Sunday revolving around published details from a private letter (bbc.co.uk) and the “Megxit” narrative enabling the recycling of all the accusations with her “painted as a palace-wrecker who’s putting the future of the monarchy in peril” allowing the most right-wing of red-top to channel Greta Thunberg with a “how dare they” cry of tabloid indignation for accusing their “we“ of being racist bigots calling for Alf Garnett to be king while accusing “Little Miss Sparkle” of turning “Ginger Whinger” into a frog with both then seemingly “disappeared up their own backsides” (dailystar.co.uk):
The British Royal family has more to lose than Harry and Meghan do (buzzfeednews.com).
But by not enforcing or understanding the need to protect Meghan from vicious, racist press coverage in a more deliberate way, they are losing her and what she had to offer: a new, modern, more progressive image to associate with the monarchy—a brand that is ultimately rooted in appearances.
But with Ginger Hazza making his first public appearance since the brouhaha began, seemingly “laughing off the Megit crisis” indulging his interest in rugby players shared by his late mother at the Rugby League World Cup 2021 draw at Buck House (thesun.co.uk) ahead of his delayed reunion with Megs in Canada, but indeed with the Royal Firm determined to try and appease that non-racist bigot ire:
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will drop HRH titles and repay £2.4m as they quit front-line royal duties (independent.co.uk).
“The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have shared their wish to repay Sovereign Grant expenditure for the refurbishment of Frogmore Cottage, which will remain their UK family home,” the palace statement added, in reference to a £2.4m taxpayer-funded home renovation in 2019.
And although they will not use their HRH titles, they will still retain them with Hazza remaining a prince but losing his his position as Captain General of the Royal Marines and all his honorary military titles, and the couple, who will in future spend much of their time in Canada, will and will no longer receive public funds for any royal duties. But the Queen was sure to state that she held no blame, with recognition and support for their wish for a more independent life, perhaps understandable with regards how much copy has been wrote regards her alleged hostility for Hazza and Wills’ mother, Diana, the borderline personalitic (nytimes.com, Aug. 1999) “Queen of Hearts”, who’s death changed but some claim nearly brought down the Monarchy:
“I want to thank them for all their dedicated work across this country, the Commonwealth and beyond, and am particularly proud of how Meghan has so quickly become one of the family.”

And with BoJo’s manspreading taking on the role as country to wish them well (bbc.co.uk)—likely directed by the Machiavellian Dom Cummings’ Brain to whom he is Pinky—the mic was given back to papa Markle to again verbally wash family’s dirty laundry:
Thomas Markle: Meghan and Harry ‘cheapening’ royals (bbc.co.uk, video).
Meghan Markle’s father has accused the Duke and Duchess of Sussex of “cheapening” the Royal Family by choosing to abandon their official roles.
Stating that she “got every young girl’s dream” of becoming a princess and that “it looks like she’s tossing that away for money”, obviously hoping for another letter revealing how he has “broken her heart into a million pieces” (dailymail.co.uk, Feb. 2019) he can flog before any more “close friends” do, which is the subject of court case in which he may get the oppo the testify with perhaps paps paying again for snaps of him being fitted for another new suit.
And meanwhile, Ginger Hazza broke his silence regards the couple’s transition at a formal private dinner at the Ivy, in Chelsea, for vulnerable children’s charity Sentebale, which he founded in 2006:
“The decision that I have made for my wife and I to step back is not one I made lightly. It was so many months of talks after so many years of challenges and I know I haven’t always gotten it right but as far as this goes there really was no other option.”
And making clear that “we certainly aren’t walking away from you” despite going to be spending seemingly most of their time in the Great White North and be looking for suitable employment to pay for anything dad Charles’ funding taking from his own investments (dailymail.co.uk) doesn’t cover.

And perhaps giving a glimpse of what that suitable employment may be:
MIAMI PRICE! Prince Harry gives speech in Florida as he and Meghan make first public appearance since Megxit (thesun.co.uk).
With the couple accepting an invitation to JPMorgan Chase’s Alternative Investment Summit in Palm Beach, Florida on Thursday, with Ginger Hazza underlining his royal mental health woke status giving a speech about the trauma of his mother’s death which had put him in therapy for seven years, with a source for the New York Post claiming Meghan and Harry headlined the event as the keynote speakers but with a source supposedly close to Hazza confirming that he gave a speech but that he was not a keynote speaker, and it is not knon if he was paid for the event, but with speculation that, as with ex politicians giving speeches is indeed the most likely route to pick to continue to supply the no longer regal bread and butter to which they are accustomed:
Media experts said yesterday that the couple could now make £400,000 for a single speech.

Harry and Meghan’s royal duties ending 31 March (bbc.co.uk).
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex will formally step down as senior royals from 31 March, a spokesperson for the couple has said.
They will no longer carry out duties on behalf of the Queen but arrangements will be reviewed after 12 months.
But if going their own Sussex way to financial independence with speeches for bankers dosn’t work out there’s still TV ads for endorsed Jersey cows milk in China like the Queen’s grandson and Hazza’s cousin to be considered (bbc.co.uk, Jan. 2020).

And with Germaine Greer making the second-wave feminism she was the loudest voice of resemble a cat fight in the gutter with a “brutal” “faking love” attack on Megs (dailymail.co.uk) and after the increasingly seemingly henpecked Hazza reportedly resorted to a “tacky and low class” shoutout to Jon Bon Jovi on Instagram which was “pure cringe” (dailystar.co.uk):
Harry and Meghan put a new statement on their own website hours after announcing they would stop using the word ‘royal’ in their branding after the Spring—and they insisted on keeping their HRH titles even though they would not ‘actively use’ them.
The statement struck a more hostile tone in some sections, and said that neither the government nor the Queen herself own the word ‘royal’ internationally—but they would nonetheless stop using the title.
With Megs seemingly going further than a carefully worded if suggestively “hostile” statement, telling friends there is nothing “legally stopping” her and husband Harry from using the brand (express.co.uk) while saying “it’s not like they want to be in the business of selling T-shirts and pencils” presumably anymore than they wish to flog Jersey cows milk with implicit royal branding on Chinese TV anyway, but perhaps entrepreneurial “yankee” Joel Fogelson who’s already filed an application to own Sussex Royal (page 1) could perhaps re-evaluate his CafePress-esque options should they decline his service to “school ’em in big biz” and his plan to launch himself a consulting business with the brand come to nothing.

Having completed their last official engagements as senior royals in Blighty (itv.com) before jetting off again to start their still not quite defined new life:
Meghan Markle makes Disney debut thanks to Prince Harry!!! (tmz.com).
Disney announced Thursday it’s releasing a new movie “narrated by Meghan, The Duchess of Sussex.” Yup, that’s how Disney’s marketing Meghan. She’ll narrate “Disneynature’s Elephant.”
With said Duchess of Sussex narrated Elephant’s trunk streaming on Disney+ on the 3rd April, and seemingly with Hazza pitching her for the voiceover gig a year back telling former head of Disney, Bob Iger, that Meghan does voice-overs at the Lion King premiere in London:
You can hear Iger say he didn’t know that before Harry responds Meghan is “really interested.” Moments later, you clearly hear someone say, “We’d love to try.” Well, looks like Harry’s bidding worked.
And it had already been announced that Megs had signed a voiceover deal with Disney in return for a donation to an elephant charity at the start of the year (metro.co.uk, Jan. 2020), so it seems it will not be helping cover the costs of their lifestyle stateside, with them seemingly now decided on Meghan’s home state of California California rather than Canada:
Meghan Markle won’t be getting paid for her Disney Plus documentary voiceover role, so quit it (metro.co.uk).
Being those ready with “snide remarks” being told to “quit it”.
The Duchess Of Sussex’s fee for her first post-royal gig—a documentary on elephants—will actually be going to the Elephants Without Borders charity, an organisation which is committed to conserving wildlife and protecting animals from poaching.
So demonstrative of support for good causes but still not actually directly bringing in dollar to help pay for the life they are accustomed to in the Golden State now that Orange face Don has refused to pay for their security costs too (cnbc.com).
Next page: Hazza and Megs set up Archewell as a replacement for Sussex Royal, withdraw co-operation with tabloids refusing to “offer themselves up as currency for an economy of click bait and distortion” and with the the protests over the death in police custody of George Floyd, Meghan is reportedly convinced she is “destined” to help fight systemic racism in the US.
