It is with great regret that I have to say that there will no longer be Pick of the Month to round up the best of the celebrity, scandals and just plain sexy or quirky stories at the end of each month.
Sad events in my family life at the end of May prompted me to conclude that I no longer have time to collate the stories which, linked to my celebrity Digests which are on hiatus, and considering the not purely pictorial stories are posted in Latest Picks would make it rather redundant to continue. I also have much maintenance of this to undertake which has been long overdue, not to mention illustration which has fell further and further behind during the last year.
Not the end, just a timely change of format
Beginning in late 2011, what was at the time Pick of the Week became Pick of the Month in mid-2015 with Latest Picks—formally Message Board—taking a more prominent role as to where stories were posted, and I have long aimed to merge Latest Picks and Blog to a greater degree, with the former for full-sized articles which often outgrow the more intentionally bite-sized daily picks in the latter with continual updates to the story.
I would like to sincerely thank regular readers for their patience at what is a very difficult time and especially those aware of the situation that has been so kind as to send well wishes.
