Some mystery still remains regarding the shocking crash: Company that owned Jenni Rivera's plane under investigation by DEA (blogamole.tr3s.com).
"The nature of the crash is still unclear, as well as why Rivera was on the plane to begin with. Esquino [owner of the Vegas-based company under investgation] told the LA Times that Rivera was interested in buying the plane and was going on a test flight, but nothing has been confirmed."
It needs to be stressed that it is the company that owned the aircraft that is under investigation for offences not related to the crash, and not Jenni.
