Accusations having squatted much in the media since sued by a DJ for being “wrongfully” being fired in 2013 and Swift filed a countersuit in 2015, Tay took to the stand to reveal extent of DJ’s cheek:

“Taylor Swift has come out swinging at her butt groping trial—reportedly testifying that a Denver radio DJ ‘grabbed my ass underneath my skirt’ while posing with Swift for a photo and stayed ‘latched on’ to her bare ass. The singer is currently on the stand describing an incident before her 2013 concert in Denver in which Swift claims she was sexually assaulted by David Mueller.
“‘He did not touch my rib. He did not touch my hand. He grabbed my bare ass,’ Swift testified. ‘He stayed latched on to my bare ass … as I moved away from him visibly uncomfortable. It was a very shocking thing that I have never dealt with before … He grabbed my ass underneath my skirt. It was underneath my skirt.’”
Mueller denies the allegations outright, contending that “a photo of the alleged groping, which was presented to the court, failed to show that the fired DJ had touched Swift inappropriately.” (thewrap.com) and suggesting that “Swift might have confused Mueller for someone else who was present during the alleged incident”, as his hand at Denver’s Pepsi Center only “felt what seemed to be a rib cage or ribs.”

Judge dismisses DJ David Mueller’s case against Taylor Swift (usmagazine.com).
“A judge dismissed David Mueller’s lawsuit against Taylor Swift on Friday, August 11, ruling that the DJ can’t prove that the singer got him fired from his job amid allegations that he groped her, Us Weekly confirms. … Swift’s former bodyguard, Greg Dent, took the stand on Friday, August 11. ‘His hand went under her skirt. I did not see his hand touch her physically. I saw his hand under her skirt,’ Dent said during his testimony. ‘She reacted, pushed her skirt down and moved over. So in my opinion, I knew he touched her.’ Swift’s countersuit against the DJ will also go before a jury next week with closing arguments set to begin on Monday morning.”
Needless to say the alt-right (Wikipedia) will, as they have swore to do with Google (Latest Picks 8th Aug. 2017), boycott buying Taylor Swift music and, threatening to create a “#MAGA shadow cultural industry” (Latest Picks 11th Aug. 2017), will have chaps dad on a banjo play instead.

Taylor Swift wins groping trial against DJ David Mueller, jury awards her symbolic $1 (usmagazine.com).
“Taylor Swift’s trial has come to a close. The jury ruled in the favor of the superstar and ordered DJ David Mueller to pay her $1 on Monday, August 14.
“The 27-year-old singer issued a statement to Us Weekly after winning the trial. ‘I want to thank Judge William J. Martinez and the jury for their careful consideration, my attorneys Doug Baldridge, Danielle Foley, Jay Schaudies and Katie Wright for fighting for me and anyone who feels silenced by a sexual assault, and especially anyone who offered their support throughout this four-year ordeal and two-year long trial process,’ the statement read. ‘I acknowledge the privilege that I benefit from in life, in society and in my ability to shoulder the enormous cost of defending myself in a trial like this. My hope is to help those whose voices should also be heard. Therefore, I will be making donations in the near future to multiple organizations that help sexual assault victims defend themselves.’”
