But is conspicuously missing in Gossip Girl Alcapulco cast, the soon-coming revamped Spanish-language version of the U.S. show, on whose casting celebrity blogger Perez Hilton had something (else) to say (latina.com).
"'I find it odd and sad that it seems like all of the main characters are white Mexicans,' Perez said, noting that the characters in the show's official poster have similar looks to that of their U.S. counterparts. 'What about celebrating DIVERSITY???' he added via email. "
He may have a point there.
